These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoadiX mobile application and related services ("RoadiX", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by SuZi Associates, India.

RoadiX is a highway navigation and safety application designed for adult drivers, including car, bus, and truck drivers. The App provides navigation assistance, road speed-limit information, upcoming checkpoint notifications, safety alerts, danger-zone alerts, and related road information.

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using RoadiX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. What RoadiX Provides

Depending on the features available in the App, RoadiX may provide:

Start-to-destination navigation.
Current road and highway information.
Speed-limit information.
Alerts when speed limits change.
Upcoming checkpoint notifications.
Fuel-station information.
Restaurant information.
Restroom information.
Safety alerts.
Danger-zone alerts.
User-submitted checkpoints.
Checkpoint confirmations and feedback.

RoadiX uses mapping and location technologies, including Google Maps and Google Places, to support relevant features.

RoadiX is an informational and driver-assistance service. It does not replace your responsibility to drive safely, comply with traffic laws, follow road signs, and exercise your own judgment.

2. Safe Use While Driving

Your safety and the safety of other road users are your responsibility.

You agree that:

You will not operate, type on, browse, or otherwise interact with your phone while driving.
You should enter your destination and configure required navigation options before beginning your journey.
You should rely on voice announcements where available and review information only when it is safe and lawful to do so.
You will follow all applicable traffic laws and road regulations.
You will obey official road signs, posted speed limits, traffic signals, and instructions from authorized authorities.
You will not make driving decisions solely based on information provided by RoadiX.
You will stop at a safe and lawful location before manually interacting with the App.

3. Speed-Limit Information

RoadiX may display speed-limit information for roads and highway sections and may notify you when a relevant speed limit changes.

Speed-limit information is provided for informational and safety-assistance purposes only.

Road conditions, temporary restrictions, construction zones, diversions, regulatory changes, or other circumstances may cause information displayed by RoadiX to be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

If RoadiX information differs from:

An official road sign;
A traffic authority instruction;
A temporary road restriction; or
Any applicable law or regulation;

the official road sign, authority instruction, law, or regulation takes precedence.

You remain solely responsible for complying with the legally applicable speed limit.

4. Navigation and GPS

RoadiX uses your device's location information while an active trip is in progress to provide navigation and location-based features.

You acknowledge that:

GPS accuracy can vary depending on your device and surrounding environment.
Network availability may affect navigation.
Satellite availability and signal strength may affect location accuracy.
Routes and estimated travel information may change.
Road closures, construction, diversions, traffic, weather, or other circumstances may affect navigation.
Navigation services may become temporarily unavailable.

You are responsible for determining whether a route is appropriate and safe for your vehicle and circumstances.

5. Checkpoints and Recommendations

RoadiX may notify you about upcoming checkpoints selected or enabled for your trip.

Checkpoint categories may include:

Fuel stations.
Restaurants.
Restrooms.
Other categories introduced by RoadiX in the future.

Checkpoint information may be provided by RoadiX or submitted by users.

RoadiX does not guarantee that a checkpoint:

Will remain at the stated location.
Will be open or accessible.
Will provide the services described.
Will maintain the same quality or availability.
Will be suitable for your specific needs.

Information and recommendations provided through RoadiX should not be considered guarantees, endorsements, or representations regarding the quality, availability, pricing, safety, or suitability of a particular establishment.

6. User-Submitted Checkpoints

RoadiX may allow users to submit new checkpoints.

A checkpoint submission may include:

Category.
GPS coordinates.
Photograph captured using the device camera.
Description.
Other relevant information.
User feedback.

All user-submitted checkpoints are subject to review and approval by the RoadiX administration/support team before being enabled in the service.

RoadiX may, at its discretion:

Approve a submission.
Reject a submission.
Modify submitted information.
Request additional information.
Disable an existing checkpoint.
Remove a checkpoint.

Submitting a checkpoint does not guarantee that it will be approved or displayed.

7. Requirements for User Submissions

When submitting information to RoadiX, you confirm that:

The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You have the right to submit the photograph and other content.
The submission does not knowingly violate applicable laws.
The submission does not infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
The information is not intentionally false or misleading.
The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, offensive, or harmful material.

You must not use the checkpoint-submission functionality to intentionally provide inaccurate information or manipulate RoadiX data.

8. Photos and Other Content

When you submit photographs, descriptions, feedback, checkpoint information, or other content through RoadiX, you grant SuZi Associates a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, review, process, reproduce, modify where reasonably necessary, and use that content for purposes related to:

Operating RoadiX.
Reviewing and moderating submissions.
Validating checkpoint information.
Maintaining the service.
Improving the service and its data.

You retain any rights you may have in content that you submit.

RoadiX may reject or remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise unsuitable for the service.

9. Checkpoint Confirmations and Feedback

RoadiX may ask users to confirm whether a checkpoint is present or whether a suggested service was available or satisfactory.

You agree to provide such feedback honestly and in good faith.

RoadiX may use feedback and confirmations to:

Validate checkpoint information.
Improve data accuracy.
Identify unreliable information.
Improve the quality of recommendations.
Improve the overall RoadiX service.

10. User Accounts

Certain RoadiX features require an account.

Account information may include:

Mobile phone number.
Email address, where provided.
Vehicle type.
Optional name.
Optional profile photo.
Optional vehicle information.

The mobile phone number may be used for account login and verification.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account and for activity performed through your account.

11. Eligibility

RoadiX is intended for adults and is not intended for minors.

By using RoadiX, you confirm that:

You are legally permitted to use the service.
You are legally permitted to operate the vehicle you are driving.
You are legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law.

RoadiX is not an emergency service and does not provide official traffic-authority, legal, or professional advice.

12. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Use RoadiX for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RoadiX systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
Circumvent security mechanisms.
Reverse engineer the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Submit intentionally false or misleading information.
Abuse checkpoint reporting or feedback functionality.
Upload unlawful or harmful content.
Infringe third-party rights.
Use automated mechanisms to overload, scrape, abuse, or disrupt the service.
Attempt to manipulate checkpoint information, confirmations, ratings, or other RoadiX data.

RoadiX may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

13. App Permissions

RoadiX may request device permissions required for specific features.

Location

Location permission is required for:

Navigation.
Road identification.
Location-based alerts.
Checkpoint proximity notifications.

Location is used while an active trip is in progress.

Camera

Camera permission is required when you choose to submit a new checkpoint and capture its photograph.

Notifications

Notification permission may be used for:

Upcoming checkpoint notifications.
Safety alerts.
Danger-zone alerts.
Important service notifications.

You may manage these permissions through your device settings. Restricting required permissions may prevent certain RoadiX features from functioning correctly.

14. Third-Party Services

RoadiX uses third-party technologies and service providers to operate the App and related infrastructure.

These may include:

Google Maps.
Google Places.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Firebase.
Firebase Crashlytics.
Jio.
MSG91.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and service conditions.

RoadiX is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services through RoadiX may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.

15. Service Availability

RoadiX is an evolving service. We may:

Add new features.
Modify existing features.
Remove features.
Change how features operate.
Temporarily suspend services for maintenance.
Temporarily suspend services for security or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature will always remain available.

Service availability may also depend on third-party services, network connectivity, GPS availability, device functionality, and other factors outside our control.

16. Free Service and Future Subscription

RoadiX is currently available free of charge.

We may introduce subscription-based services in a future phase.

If subscription or payment functionality is introduced, additional terms may apply, including terms concerning:

Pricing.
Billing.
Subscription duration.
Renewal.
Cancellation.
Refunds.
Payment processing.

Applicable subscription terms will be presented when those services become available.

17. Privacy

Your use of RoadiX is also subject to the RoadiX Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.

18. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your RoadiX account through:

Settings → Delete Account

Following an account-deletion request:

The account deletion request will be recorded.
User-associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
Applicable user data will be deleted within 14 days.

Account deletion may be irreversible and may result in the loss of access to your account, trip records, profile information, submissions, and other user-associated information.

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate security or legal purposes.

19. Updating Account Information

You can correct or update eligible profile information through your RoadiX profile/settings.

If information cannot be changed directly within the App, you may contact SuZi Associates using the contact details provided below.

20. Intellectual Property

RoadiX, including its software, application design, user interface, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other materials provided by RoadiX, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where permitted by applicable law or authorized by SuZi Associates, you may not:

Copy.
Reproduce.
Modify.
Distribute.
Sell.
License.
Commercially exploit.

RoadiX or its proprietary materials.

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoadiX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

Navigation will always be accurate or uninterrupted.
Speed-limit information will always be current or complete.
Every checkpoint will be detected or displayed.
Alerts will always be delivered at the expected time or location.
GPS information will always be accurate.
User-submitted information will always be correct.
The App will always be available.
The App will be free from errors or technical problems.

RoadiX should not be relied upon as a substitute for:

Official traffic information.
Road signs.
Traffic-authority instructions.
Emergency services.
The driver's own judgment and responsibility.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuZi Associates and RoadiX will not be liable for losses, damages, injuries, delays, expenses, or other consequences arising from or related to:

Your use of or inability to use RoadiX.
Reliance on navigation information.
Reliance on speed-limit information.
Reliance on checkpoint information.
Reliance on safety or danger-zone alerts.
Incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable information.
GPS failures or inaccuracies.
Network or connectivity failures.
Third-party service interruptions.
Road conditions.
Traffic conditions.
Construction.
Road closures.
Diversions.
Weather or other external circumstances.
Decisions or actions taken by you or other road users.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using RoadiX at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to RoadiX if:

You materially violate these Terms.
You misuse the service.
You submit fraudulent or harmful information.
Your activity creates a security or operational risk.
We are required to do so by law.
We discontinue the relevant service.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account and associated features.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

Changes to RoadiX.
New or modified features.
Changes in third-party services.
Changes in applicable laws.
Changes in our business or data practices.

When we make material changes, we may update the Last Updated date and provide notice through the App or another appropriate communication method.

Where required, you may be asked to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use RoadiX.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and protections available to you under applicable law.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of RoadiX shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to SuZi Associates, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
