FMW ("FMW", "Platform", "we", "our", or "us") is owned and operated by SuZi Associates, a partnership firm registered in India, with its principal place of business at Santosh Nagar, Thergaon, PCMC, Pune, Maharashtra, India 411033. These Terms & Conditions constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and do not require any physical or digital signature.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Introduction and Intermediary Status
FMW acts as a digital intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, connecting Workers and Contractors. It helps users discover opportunities and connect, but it is not a party to any employment, service, wage, or work arrangement. FMW claims the protections available to intermediaries under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, subject to compliance with the due diligence requirements under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules 2021").
2. Eligibility — 18+ Only
FMW is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account, post work, apply for jobs, communicate with other users, or otherwise use the Platform. By using FMW, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Platform Role
- FMW connects Workers and Contractors for discovery and communication.
- FMW does not employ Workers, guarantee Contractors, or supervise work.
- FMW does not verify every user, job posting, or engagement.
- All hiring, verification, safety, payment, and engagement decisions remain solely with the users.
4. User Responsibility
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate profile, location, and contact information, and keep it updated.
- Independently verify the other party before entering any engagement.
- Use the Platform only for lawful, work-related purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including labour and wage laws applicable to their engagements.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions and agreements with other users.
5. User Content
Users may create and submit profiles, job postings, photographs, messages, and other content through the Platform. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of information they submit.
FMW reserves the right (but has no general obligation) to review, remove, restrict, or disable content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies. Where required under the IT Rules 2021, unlawful content will be removed or disabled upon receipt of actual knowledge in the form of a court order or notification from an appropriate government agency, within the timelines prescribed.
6. Prohibited Activities
In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules 2021, users must not host, display, upload, publish, transmit, or share any information or content, or engage in any activity, that:
- Belongs to another person and to which the user has no right.
- Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, or racially or ethnically objectionable.
- Is harmful to children.
- Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
- Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message, or knowingly and intentionally communicates any misinformation or information that is patently false and untrue or misleading in nature.
- Impersonates another person or organization.
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites the commission of any cognizable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or insults any other nation.
- Contains a software virus or any other computer code, file, or program designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
- Violates any law for the time being in force.
In addition, users must not:
- Post fake, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive job opportunities.
- Use false contact information or engage in scams or fraudulent activities.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
- Misuse OTP login, messaging, location features, or another user's information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or distribute malware or spam.
Violation of these Terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
7. Safety and Verification
FMW does not currently independently verify the identity, qualifications, employment history, skills, background, or legitimacy of users or job opportunities. If optional identity verification features are introduced in future, a "verified" badge indicates only that the specific verification step was completed and is not a guarantee of trustworthiness or suitability. Users must exercise independent judgment and perform their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Transactions
FMW is not a party to any transaction, payment arrangement, wage agreement, service contract, or employment relationship between users. Users are solely responsible for negotiating compensation, making and collecting payments, and complying with applicable labour, tax, and legal obligations.
Platform fees: The Platform is currently free to use. FMW may in future introduce paid features or subscription plans (for example, subscriptions for Contractors). Pricing, billing terms, applicable taxes (including GST), and cancellation and refund terms will be clearly displayed before purchase and will form part of these Terms. Any such fees will comply with applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Disputes Between Users
Any dispute arising between Workers and Contractors shall be resolved directly between the parties involved. FMW is not responsible for disputes relating to payments, wages, attendance, work quality, delays, misconduct, injuries, property damage, or contractual disagreements. Users may nevertheless report misconduct on the Platform to the Grievance Officer (Section 14), and FMW may take action against violating accounts in accordance with these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FMW and SuZi Associates shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses, loss of income, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, service interruptions, user misconduct, third-party actions, or employment-related claims arising from use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including any rights available to users under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Use of the Platform is otherwise at your own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in FMW, including logos, branding, software, design, content, and technology, remain the property of SuZi Associates or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit Platform content without authorization. Users retain ownership of content they submit, and grant FMW a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit such content solely for operating the Platform.
12. Suspension and Termination
FMW may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform for reasons including fraud, misuse, policy violations, legal compliance, security concerns, or protection of users. Except where immediate action is required by law or for security, FMW will make reasonable efforts to notify the user of the reason for the action.
A user whose content is removed or whose account is suspended or terminated may seek review of the decision by writing to the Grievance Officer (Section 14), who will respond within the timelines stated therein.
13. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account through the app settings or by contacting FMW at support@suziassociates.com. FMW may retain certain information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security purposes, or enforcement of these Terms, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules 2021 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, users may raise complaints regarding the Platform, its content, other users, or these Terms with the Grievance Officer:

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and dispose of it within 15 days from the date of receipt. Complaints regarding requests for removal of certain categories of content (as specified in the IT Rules 2021) will be acted upon within the shorter timelines prescribed therein.
15. Changes to These Terms
FMW may modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be informed of material changes through the Platform (in-app notice) and/or website at least a reasonable period before they take effect, in line with Rule 3(1)(f) of the IT Rules 2021. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree may stop using the Platform and delete their account.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
